Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Delphos City Local School District of Allen County, Ohio, passed on the 28th day of April, 2011 there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a Special Election to be held in the Delphos City Local School District of Allen County, Ohio, at the regular places of voting therein, on the 2nd day of August, 2011, with the question:

Shall an annual income tax of 1/2% on the school district income of individuals and of estates be imposed by the Delphos City School District, for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2012, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES?
